Harnais de sécurité pour travaux en hauteur en Tunisie

La longe de sécurité est le lien entre le harnais du travailleur et le point d’ancrage. Associée à un absorbeur d’énergie, elle limite la force de choc exercée sur le corps lors de l’arrêt d’une chute à moins de 6 kN, conformément à la norme EN 355. Sans absorbeur, même une chute arrêtée peut provoquer des traumatismes internes graves.

Qu’est-ce qu’un harnais de sécurité ?

Un harnais de sécurité est un ensemble de sangles, boucles et anneaux de connexion qui entoure le corps du porteur. En cas de chute, l’énergie est répartie sur les parties les plus résistantes du corps, évitant les blessures graves. Il existe deux catégories principales : les harnais antichute (EN 361), destinés à arrêter une chute libre, et les harnais de maintien au travail (EN 358), utilisés pour maintenir l’opérateur en position de travail.

 

Les types de harnais selon l’usage

Harnais antichute (EN 361)

pour tous travaux en hauteur avec risque de chute libre. Il s’utilise impérativement avec une longe à absorbeur d’énergie ou une antichute à rappel automatique. Le point d’attache dorsal est obligatoire pour l’arrêt de chute.

Harnais de maintien au travail (EN 358

pour les travaux sur pente, en appui contre une structure, sans risque de chute libre. Il ne peut en aucun cas être utilisé seul pour arrêter une chute.

Harnais polyvalent antichute + maintien

combine les deux fonctions pour une polyvalence maximale sur les chantiers complexes où l’opérateur est exposé à la fois à des risques de chute libre et à des travaux en appui.

Le choix dépend du type de travaux (en hauteur, en suspension, en milieu confiné), des contraintes physiques du porteur (taille, poids), de l’environnement (humidité, exposition chimique, chaleur) et des points d’ancrage disponibles. Réglementation applicable

En Tunisie, le Code du Travail impose à tout employeur de protéger ses salariés contre les risques de chute. Lorsqu’une protection collective n’est pas techniquement possible, le recours aux EPI antichute est obligatoire. Tous les harnais fournis par Fores Safety sont conformes à la norme EN 361 et certifiés CE.

 

Formation obligatoire

Le port d’un harnais ne s’improvise pas. Une formation pratique est indispensable : réglage et ajustement, inspection visuelle avant utilisation, connexion aux différents types d’ancrages, comportement en cas de chute.
